Eric Schaer’s newest business venture is a pizza shop in Ohio. The shop, called Pizza Plus, opened just a few months ago and is already one of the area’s most bustling and busiest restaurants.

Eric Schaer focuses his business on providing customers with one of a kind pizzas, made with high quality ingredients. Although he sells the standards, such as pepperoni, sausage, mushroom and more, his specialty pizzas are the big draw. Some of the most popular pizzas are a Thai chicken pizza with spicy peanut sauce, chopped peanuts, bean sprouts and more, and a five meat pizza with beef, spicy sausage, pepperoni, Canadian bacon and traditional bacon.

The restaurant tries to use only organic ingredients, including cheeses, meats and vegetables. It’s gained popularity with students from the nearby college, especially since Eric Schaer decided he wanted to stay open late for students looking for a late night meal after an evening enjoying themselves at the local bars.

If the restaurant continues to be a success, Eric Schaer would like to open a second location on the other side of town. Although the second location wouldn’t open for another few years, Eric Schaer is already scouting out locations for Pizza Plus.
